Terri is now lisenced!
I am proud to announce that my Assistant, Terri Spilsbury, wrote her Real Estate Exam at UBC Sauder School of Business on September 29, 2006 and passed with 86%!
This means that Terri can continue to assist you as usual, but now has the ability to help in negotiating your sale and/or purchase, evaluate your home for listing and/or price adjusting purposes, and much more.
We like to run at the highest possible level in our office and will continue to provide the very best real estate service available in the community.
