Housing starts slowed in September
Housing starts slowed in September, coming in at a 211,300 seasonally adjusted annual rate, the slowest pace since August 2005. While we expect the moderate pace of decline to continue, we do not expect a dramatic slowing in the final quarter of 2006 given the surge in building permits in August and tight labour markets
