Josh was born in Lillooett, BC and grew up mainly in Port Coquitlam and Maple Ridge. Shortly after graduating Port Moody Senior Secondary in 1990, Josh became a licensed Real Estate Agent and realized his passion for helping people achieve their goals in owning real estate. Helping families for many years now has made Josh an expert at what he does. Josh is one of the top individual agents overall in Canada for Keller Williams Results Realty and in August 2007 became number 1 among individual agents in North America for in Closed and Written Units. In the months of January 2008 and February 2008 Josh was also the #1 Keller Williams agent Canada wide. He also made the President's Club for being in the top 1% of Realtors in the Lower Mainland and won the Quadruple Gold Medallion Award by Keller Williams International. Josh is a co-owner of Keller Williams ELITE Realty with locations in Port Coquitlam and Maple Ridge.

Hiroshi Kubota
Hiroshi's personal interest in real estate started when he read the book Rich Dad, Poor Dad by Robert Kiyosaki right after high school. Hiroshi then graduated from the Sauder School of Business, Real Estate Division at the University of British Columbia. Having the experience in knowledge in today's market, Hiroshi specializes in building lasting relationships with homeowners long after they've hired him.
When Hiroshi is not selling homes, he loves to watch and play sports. Hiroshi played ice hockey growing up in the City of Coquitlam and is still playing. He is an avid Canucks fan and enjoys spending some well earned time off with his family and friends. Some other hobbies are golfing, mountain biking, snowboarding, swimming and occassionally
taking it easy with a nice book. Currently, he is reading What the Dog Saw
by Malcolm Gladwell.
Bryan White
Bryan's major in marketing through BCIT has given the team a major boost to their marketing tactics. Bryan demonstrates his attentiveness of public speaking by being a member of the local Toastmasters club and continues to play a leading role. He has a passion of building relationships long after the sale of their home.
Bryan is a proud father of his son Logan and daughter Alyssa. When he is not selling homes, Bryan spends quality time with his kids by going skating and hiking.
