Josh was born in Lilloett, BC and grew up mainly in Port Coquitlam and Maple Ridge. Shortly after graduating Port Moody Senior Secondary in 1990, Josh became a licensed Real Estate Agent and realized his passion for helping people achieve their goals in owning real estate. Helping families for many years now has made Josh an expert at what he does. Josh is one of the top individual agents overall in Canada for Keller Williams Results Realty and in August 2007 became number 1 among individual agents in North America for in Closed and Written Units. In the months of January 2008 and February 2008 Josh was also the #1 Keller Williams agent Canada wide. He also made the President's Club for being in the top 1% of Realtors in the Lower Mainland and won the Quadruple Gold Medallion Award by Keller Williams International. Josh is a co-owner of Keller Williams ELITE Realty with locations in Port Coquitlam and Maple Ridge.

Terri was born and raised in Coquitlam and graduated Centennial Senior Secondary in 1987. She graduated at the top of her college with honors and went on to work in real state/conveyancing law as a Legal Assistant for 12 years before coming to work for Josh at Keller Williams Results Realty in 2005. She became licensed in September 2006. Terri is a co-owner and Operating Principal of Keller Williams ELITE Realty with locations in Port Coquitlam and Maple Ridge. |

Matt was born in Burnaby and has been a Tri-City resident since 1990. He made the transition to real estate after 4 years in sales consulting with a BC based company called Coast Wholesale Appliances, bringing with him a wealth of sales experience and a keen understanding of the importance of great client care. He has been licensed since September 2006 and is happy to have found the career he was made for. Matt was married to his wife Lisa in September of 2008 and together they are raising their daughter Sarah who was born in October of 2009 and their energetic dog, Dory. |
